Privacy notice

Information collected

Matluba receives your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and avatar when you sign in. It stores profile details you add, requests, reference images, offers, offer evidence, saved requests, reports, notifications, timestamps, and basic security or usage events.

Public information

Published requests, request images, display names, usernames, provider profile details, and explicit verification labels may be public. Draft requests, offer terms, offer evidence, email addresses, reports, and notifications are restricted by account and role.

AI processing

Text and reference images submitted for interpretation may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the selected model provider. Public-web search requests may be processed by a search-capable model. Do not submit unnecessary personal, confidential, or regulated information.

Service providers

Matluba uses Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Vercel for application hosting and AI routing; Google for sign-in; and the model providers selected through AI Gateway. Each provider processes information under its own service terms.

Retention and security

Data is kept while the preview operates and while needed for account, moderation, security, and dispute context. Hidden content may remain stored for review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, close requests, withdraw eligible offers, and ask for account or data assistance. Some records may need to be retained temporarily for security, moderation, or legal reasons.
