1. What Matluba provides

Matluba lets people publish requests, inspect linked public-web sources, and receive structured offers from other users. Matluba is an information and communication service. It is not a bank, escrow provider, payment processor, shipping provider, insurer, or buyer-protection guarantee.

2. Product preview

This release is an early product preview. Features, availability, and supported sources may change. Starter requests are labelled and do not represent verified current demand. Demonstration data is never presented as a completed transaction.

3. Accounts and content

You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account and for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with content you publish. Do not impersonate others or upload personal, confidential, or copyrighted material without authority.

4. Requests and offers

A request is not a promise to buy. An offer is not a Matluba guarantee. Users must verify identity, condition, possession, availability, pricing, delivery, legal requirements, and payment protection before proceeding. Transactions occur outside Matluba unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

5. External sources

External results remain linked to their original source. Source marketplaces control their own listings, checkout, protection, returns, and disputes. Matluba may be unable to confirm whether an external listing remains available or accurate.

6. Moderation

Matluba may hide content, restrict participation, or preserve evidence for review when content appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the Acceptable Use Policy. The alpha uses reversible hiding instead of permanent deletion for moderated marketplace records.

7. Availability and liability

The preview is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Matluba does not accept responsibility for user conduct, external listings, off-platform payments, delivery, product condition, service quality, or losses arising from transactions between users.
